Ike's impending bris strikes fear in Kyle's heart, and he devises a plan to protect his baby brother and get him as far away as possible from "South Park" and his "circumcision." With the help of the gang, Ike goes on an adventure to Nebraska. When the Brovlofski's discover what Kyle has done, a family secret is revealed, teaching the boys an important lesson in family. Meanwhile, the school counselor Mr. Mackey is suspended from his job after an anti-drug message goes awry, forcing him onto the streets into an "altered state" of living.The episode ends as Mr. Mackey emerges clean from rehab and is given his job back. The episode then ends with him attempting to explain drugs to the children again and the boys arguing about whose bris to attend.
In this South Park episode, Kenny dies by falling into an opened grave and crushed by a massive gravestone.
Note: For those who don't know, "Bris Milah" is the Jewish circumcision tradition.
When WGN America aired this episode it has a cut scene in which Cartman says "Yes, the fireman is very magical...".
The episode was written and directed by series co-creator Trey Parker. "Ike's Wee Wee" satirizes certain attitudes towards drug users, and explores whether family can only mean those who are related by blood. This episode introduced Ike's backstory as an adopted Canadian child. "Ike's Wee Wee" received positive responses from fans, as well as critics who especially praised the episode for its touching moments. A line often repeated by Mr. Mackey in this episode, "drugs are bad, m'kay?", has entered popular culture, and has been referenced in various songs, articles, and court documents.
